Day 23, Keto mod, Body Fat 38.1%, Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch atkins choc shake, almonds, dinner salad, grilled chicken, mozzerella cheese, glass chardonay, sugar free jello. Took day off from xcersize--sore and tired. Feel better this morning. B. Weight loss slowed down before I had wine on two nights. I have felt slightly nauseated since Sunday and don't know if it is the metabolism switch over that happens on this diet or if I picked something else.
