The extra morning cardio is doing it's job...boy am I tired but feeling accomplished. Feeling my spark and motivation coming back. I'd say last Friday was a make or break day but I made the conscience decision not to use food for comfort when I was feeling low. I took a long walk by the lake after that weigh in to get my ducks in a row, funny thing is I saw many ducks at the lakefront.
182.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
