Dropped a whole pound between yesterday and today. This is good, but I'm familiar with this scenario. My weight fluctuates from time to time for reasons other than diet and I have to be careful not to get hung up on day-to-day. Even with a good day, I may find myself a little higher or equal tomorrow. I've found I have to see a certain number on the scale (or lower) several times before I believe that it's what I really weigh :)
