I wish I knew what's going on. I'm not eating anything different or any more of it.... I was able to walk on the treadmill twice this weekend (500+ calories total) and worked in the garage and outside yesterday. I didn't get to eat supper yesterday till after 8:00 PM then didn't do much after that but watch T.V. Maybe I needed to do something after eating?.?.

Gains happen. It's normal. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so your weight can go up and down all day. Increased activity or exercise can cause muscles to retain water. Things like sodium, medications, inflammation, and many other factors also effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight.

I think I found the answer.................................. From http://www.healthdiscovery.net/articles/scale_lies.htm "Two factors influencing water retention are water consumption and salt intake. Strange as it sounds, the less water you drink, the more of it your body retains. If you are even slightly dehydrated your body will hang onto it’s water supplies with a vengeance, possibly causing the number on the scale to inch upward. The solution is to drink plenty of water." I know I didn't drink as much water yesterday as I do when I'm at work. I had more Saturday, but still not as much as at work. Thanks for the tip........

My total water for today is (at a minimum) 133oz. I'm pretty sure I didn't drink half that much all 3 days of the weekend combined. I've always been pretty bad where water is concerned.
