I've lost 0.5 lbs two days in a row now and it's at this point that it hits me. I can continue losing weight, unless I fail to get enough exercise on a given day. This is the toughest part about where I am in the weight loss process - I cannot just coast and watch what I eat. If I want to lose 20 lbs, I'll need to have a significant amount of exercise in a given week, or never slip on my diet.
