Following the diet closely. With the immediate and GREAT reduction in carbs I have noticed an increase in energy but have had a headache nearly every day. This is probably also attributed to the decrease in my caffeine intake. 2 pounds down.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1651 kcal Fat: 71.46g | Prot: 106.06g | Carb: 148.89g.   Breakfast: Granny Smith Apples, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Nature Valley Granola Protein Peanut Butter. Lunch: Skinless Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Cherry Tomatoes, Hard-Boiled Egg. Dinner: American Heritage Cheddar Shredded Cheese, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other: Yellow Cake (with Chocolate Frosting). more...
