My 1st weigh in, Yeahhhhh! And I failed horribly this weekend on my Atkins induction. But I'm not giving up. I had pizza on Saturday and whiskey Friday night. Had I not had the whiskey Friday night, I probably would not have had the pizza on Saturday. LIve and learn I gueses.

i, too, love pizza...but i eat only the toppings! when DH and i go out for pizza, i take my fork and just scrape the top off and leave the crust. surprisingly, i don't get many strange looks from people. i think folks are getting used to the non-bread-eating crowd. and congratulations on the nice drop!!

Thanks for the kudos. I was surprised. That was probably 10 days in between weigh ins. But not bad. That would be 18 lbs a month if I can lose 6 lbs every 10 days. Whoot! I actually started a yoga class last night. Will be doing that 2 days a week and cardio at least 2 days.
