Well last week we were in San Antonio and New Orleans. This morning the scales remain the same as before we left, therefore I can't complain. We ate three meals a day out, so that's better than gaining anything.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
