Feeling very guilty about this weigh-in :( I gained almost 5 pounds in three days. I suspected I might have a little gain, but I did not expect this much. I had been working so hard, but this is just proof to me that I really NEED to pay attention to what I am eating. Even if I keep my calorie intake below my RDI I can still gain when I splurge on unhealthy items. I told myself I was going to have a mini break this weekend. One of my best friends was in town, we had a BBQ, and my man and I had plans to go out & go to a concert on Sunday. I also had yesterday off & went with some friends to breakfast & bowling and there were ZERO healthy options there. Anywho, I had been looking forward to this weekend for quite some time so I told myself I was going to let myself enjoy it. I actually ate pretty healthy at our BBQ, but I did drink quite a bit of beer. Sunday I splurged a little more. I couldn't resist the pulled pork sandwich at the restaurant we were at, and of course I washed it down with three beers (we were at a brew pub). Of course weekends like this are unusual, and I have a lot of work to do this week to make up for the damage I did over the course of three days! *sigh*
189.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
