Looking forward to 4 eating days. Having pan seared salmon today and grilled hamburgers tomorrow. Eating window is 10am - 6pm, logging everything and keeping kcal under maintenance.
270.2 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 145.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
