Really down. First day and I already screwed up. I'm fine until I get home and my husband has made dinner (he's retired). Mac and cheese with fried chicken. So I have some chicken and a little mac. But I already feel defeated in this challenge. Went to the gym and put time on the treadmill and weights. But that won't undo my dinner failure
