Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….for all those that look for Friday…

Just another cool morning for me…windows open to 50 this morning..weather man got it wrong…what else is new huh…lol…but later 80… il be out before it’s to hot to soak that sun up….get my natural vitamins…

Visited sailer yesterday…she’s doing great…improving each day…getting stronger…

Got my 5 miles walking yesterday….wanted more…but….was happy to hit 5…was tired by that time of day…

Well…2nd ☕️ was mmmmm…so good…lol…got knees covered…cool air in room…getting ready to start those steps again today..plus counter push ups…start the day out right…

Have a fantastic positive day…
