I will say yesterday left me feeling pretty hungry this morning. I'm going to try and have more cals today. its hard to wat when you've got tornadoes on the ground.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I saw the aftermath of some of those tornadoes on the news last night. I hope the storms have passed, please be safe!

Its still a little cloudy out now but yes they finally passed. We had 1 death from the tornado. Some places are a mess. Thank you! :)
