When you are overweight, by doing simple things like drinking sufficient water, more than normal physical activity, stop overeating and having 2 fruits and 5 vegetables makes a difference.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
