1353 kcal Fat: 33.63g | Prot: 76.82g | Carb: 211.66g.   Breakfast: orange juice, raspberries, bio kefir probiotic with fiber,  high fiber oat bran sugar free hot cereal, cinnamon pawder, CHOBANI % FAT FREE YOGURT, flax seeds. Lunch: cevada coffee, cucumber, tomato, avocado, fiber one roll, salmon, lentils soup, red kidney beans. Dinner: tomato, chic peas, watermelon, salad greens, peaches grilled, zucchini squash, collard greens, steak. Snacks/Other: Apples, biscotti, dark chocolate. more...
