Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Cooler nights tonight..50….seasons are changing…enjoyed the sun yesterday…felt good…needed that….

Gonna try and get a ride today to hospital for a few to get some stuff to sister…pick up some stuff…she happy to be closer to home and to be closer to coming back here…working the process…

Sipping my ☕️…setting my intentions…shooting for 10 pound loss by end of month…that use to be hard..but I now know how to make that happen..even though I haven’t been fasting all that much lately…and my body is burning better…all the resistance training I do each day…

Time to get started…
