FS did that thing where my entire entry disappeared and I’m not doing it over so blob up, water up, muscle up. Swam yesterday, 870 strokes, no heart rate info captured, 10.5 METs, guessing i was mostly in zone 2.

Had the date for Walkabout wrong by a week, so no alcohol or culinary debauchery last night, hot and humid today. Over it. Going to swim after i run to the store. We’ll see if i can drag the dogs out later.

Action shot in that cute suit that i bought last year, figured out what’s wrong with it and will need to do some sewing to fix it. We’ll just say poorly placed swim pasties, otherwise, it would be a favorite suit. I will cut them out and replace with something else.

I've always wondered what you mean by "blob". Does your scale give you all those different numbers? I don't totally trust my scale to give me the right weigbt.

Blob is my fat mass. The way I approach scales is that the accuracy of the exact number only matters if I’m flying in a very small plane with 1/4 tank of gas. Otherwise, it’s all about trends in the numbers. Too many up days bad, a series of down days good unless I have other things I’m watching like decreasing the fat mass while maintaining my current muscle mass.
