I thought I was going to weigh more - like 190 or in the 190s, so I was pleasantly surprised that the scale tipped in the other direction. It was certainly a shark contrast to last week's weigh in where I felt somewhat defeated for only adding sardines, nuts and tangerines to my diet.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
