I was disappointed this morning at my weigh in. I did realize that I would have gained some weight, perhaps two pounds, but not five pounds. Blah, blah, blah, and that's without any Irish beer. All I had over the past week were cans of sardines, lots of tangerines (my mother gave me a whole box of them), almonds, peanuts, and lots of sunflower seeds. I enjoyed the sunflower seeds sprinkled in my meals of crushed tomatoes and cans of sardines, which I had for lunch for about 4 days. It goes to show how easily I gain weight, and that is without having concentrated carbohydrates items such as, pasta, bread, cakes, etc., etc.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.0 lb a week
