1015 kcal Fat: 39.11g | Prot: 55.33g | Carb: 113.20g.   Breakfast: No Calorie Sweetener Packets, 1% milk, tea, Hillshire Farm Ultra thin honey ham. Lunch: Kroger 2% swiss cheese, spicy mustard, Tomatoes, Nature's Own Multi-grain sandwich rounds, miracle whip, Hillshire Farm Ultra thin honey ham. Dinner: Tomatoes, salt, ketchup, Onions, Nature's Own Multi-grain sandwich rounds, wishbone lite italian dressing, Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Without Salt, Microwaved), breakstone lite sour cream, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Snacks/Other: bing cherries, klondike no sugar added krunch ice cream. more...
