Slept until after 6 this morning - a vast improvement over yesterday! I did my devotion then completed my workout with Ms Jillian. Sweating now and sipping water as I write. Jeez, there was a plane crash in France - my daughter gets very jittery when this happens and wants to cancel our plane trips etc. I try to tell her not to worry. Car accidents are still more frequent but it's hard to ignore the emotional impact of a plane crash because it affects so many people at the same time.

I have to run some errands during the day today, I need to pick up a few things that I have neglected. Also need to get my receipts together for filing my income tax. I hate tax time! (maybe hate is too strong ...and then again, not).

Today I will likely have pot roast and asparagus to break my fast. I am looking forward to that! I like red meat once in a while. I may just have an egg on the side! I find that lately, after I break my fast and have a large meal at lunch, I don't usually want to eat the entire next planned meal before my eating window closes. Last night for example, I did not have the boiled eggs I planned to eat so I had to remove it from my plan. It's definitely ketosis at work - the strips picked up the colour. Last night I read a low large after a moderate reading in the morning. This morning before eating, I read a moderate level once again. I will see what happens after I eat. I don't know the best time to check for ketones but it seems that after my meal may give the largest reading. The cheese I had yesterday seemingly had no impact on the reading.

Well, moving forward with my day! I have to finalize a communication to our qualified leads and keep working on profiling others as well as pulling together our PM collateral. Ready for my assignments. Have a good day and be golden!
