still working on those bad habits. but overall i didn't do so bad this week. looking for recipes that everyone will eat. i know that is what my problem is. they are out there and i will find them
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
