I have definitely hit the plateau and the weight is no longer falling off like it was. My waist line & double chin have thinned out some and I can ride 10 miles the fastest that I have in 15 years, but I wish I could thin out more... quicker.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
