I have been super sloppy with my eats and workouts and I see and feel it! No more!

119.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1635 kcal Fat: 99.35g | Prot: 121.74g | Carb: 68.95g.   Breakfast: so delicious creamer. Lunch: canola oil, pork loin, Kale, zucc, bacon grease, mushrooms. Dinner: egg white, kale, Egg, sweet italian sausage. Snacks/Other: pea pod, Baby-Cut Carrots, Peanut Butter, Coconut Manna, True Protein Pea pp, so delicious milk, Avocados. more...
