I just started a trial on a detox system that's is supposed to help boost my metabolism and help increase my weight loss. I'll see over the course of this month if there is any noticeable difference between this month and the past two months I've already recorded.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
