MJ's mom's Journal, 20 March 2015

Although it is barely in the 140's, it feels amazing to see that # again! It's tough with all the social events but I kerp plugging away! Doing WW point plus is helpful since I can fill up on veggies/fruit before any social events to limit my crazy snacking.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 149.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
