back out of the 140s but I'm NOT made at that..just over 2lbs for my first shot without a scale for 10 days. will be back down in no time! trip was a success.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 54.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

MisChelle~ It is a virtual group on FatSecret. Essentially a self driven fitness plan & post your updates & scenic views just like what we have been doing. Last time, I created a FS challenge group with a few members but it has expired. All the best and you seem to be doing great already !! 👍
