I was never 218.

Last weigh in should be 216.2. Today I'm 216.6.

Stress is causing a gain.
216.6 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week

I found out the hard way I have been using 3 different broken scales! finally got my first "true weight" and I wanted to die. Sweat is fat crying. remember that ;)

Roamin: what scale are you using, please. It seems very accurate. I have an old one. and I need a new one.

Perhaps use a tape measure your progress instead of a scale - the scale lies.
