Another 0.4 lost....slow but steady. Kinda following the 21-day fix meal plan but the working out part hasn't happened yet :) Cut my calorie goal back to 1400. If I work out, I will eat an extra snack or two to compensate. Today is my 32nd wedding anniversary. This Irish girl got married on St Patrick's day! 32 years of wedded bliss. **wink--grin** Tonight we will go out to eat with friends to celebrate at the Blue Ocean seafood restaurant. Happy St Pat's day everyone!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
