Happy 😃 happy 😃 muggy Monday ….

75 and muggy already….hit 104 yesterday with humidity….will be higher today…

Did go for walk outside yesterday…rollator finds ever rock on the road…but got a lot of why didn’t they make this for them ideas…as I walked…they are mainly made for smooth roads…floors…

Weight staying close to maintaining….that’s ok…

Sippin ☕️…trying to decide if it walking in or outside this morning…cooler inside…lol…
