even though i lost 4 and a half lbs, i think must of it must have been bloat. my stomach looks REASONABLY flatter, and my waist definitely looks more trim. however, in the past two days i did have a few things i wasn't supposed to have like carrotts, hummus, and peanut butter. i figured there is no dairy in any of them and they were all all-natural. hopefully it doesnt creep up on me later. also, my cravings are ridiculous. i know it is a sign of detox, but all i wanted last night was a huge milky way and a slice of everything pizza. eep..
123.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.8 lb a week

carrots are allowed in phase 1...just have 1 medium sized carrot or 3 small peeled baby carrots.
