I lost 1 pound this past week. due to rainy season my fibramalgia is really acting up so that puts me out of excersicing, hoping I can meet my challenge starting next Monday. I to say hurray to spring with all the birds and wildlife coming about. cant wait till the crocuses and other flowers start returning what a another pretty season.good-luck everyone this upcoming week.
