Thank you zenus I appreciate it and you also have a great day! Uuh so mad at myself being out doing errands I ate from McDonald's the cheeseburger I hate it. I will be doing better than I have been here lately I have been eating out more since my mother in law got sick it seems like I been eating out more than I was I will break the addiction to fast food I did it with my Mt dew so I can do it with this. Time to get back on track and do more. Finally hit 20lbs down.

Even though I don't eat the buns there's no way to track it without the bun. But I'm determined to eat at home more and get away from fast food unless it's something I can not avoid like being on vacation or something. Thank you so much for your help..

It's better to eat McDonald's than nothing when your body tells you to eat. You did good.

Feel good that you choose the cheese burger (313 calories) instead of some of the worse options. Always avoid fast food french fries. They are on my lifetime ban list of foods (never to ever eat again, till death). I have a huge problem with chinese buffets as well. The calories are hard to track and it is hard to stop eating. But, if you focus on just a few healthier buffet choices, and fill up with those, you will be better off. Fast food is not your friend. Best wishes.

McDonalds usually does 1/4 pound burger patties, that is what they weight before cooking so it's pretty simple to track 1/4 pound patty with a slice of American cheese stuck to it....I never count the bits of the bun that stick to the cheese. You are doing great Sara, and the reason you are eating out more is because you are leaving the house more, that's not a bad thing. When you are out and about, make the best choices you can with what you have in front of you and allow that to be enough. Don't get angry at your self or hate your food. Love yourself for being mindful of how bad fast food is, love yourself for tossing the bun. There are lots of drive thru places that have fairly healthy choices, Zaxby's has a grilled chicken salad that is quite tasty, but they cost ten bucks each. Taco Bell has a taco salad bowl, you don't have to eat the bowl. Simply being conscious of what you are eating and how much is a positive change in your life........celebrate it. Do you realize how many people on here eat McDonalds on a daily basis and log it as a meal with fries, drink and apple pie and then wonder why they can't lose weight. You are aware, that's more than half the battle my friend!
