Oh well, so much for making it under 195 for September. My new goal is 185 by halloween. At the rate I've been losing it'll be a challenge because I'm still not losing at the rate I'd like to be. But, I'm not letting that discourage me because I am still losing overall even though its gradual. I know I've gained a little over the past couple of days but I'm sure its just cyclical water weight along with my body trying to level out again. Its the same pattern as last month so I know that if I just hang in there I'll get past this plateau soon enough just like I did the last one.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
