I knew yesterday's weigh in would be a fluke. Oh, well such is the nature of water weight fluctuations. I'm still well beneath 200 and gradually getting further away which makes me happy. Plus my husband and I sat down together to figure out when he could make himself available to watch the baby so that I can go work out more often again. I'm going to try to make a big push these next few days to see if I can get under 195 for the end of the month.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
