Down another 1 lb today (204 lbs)! I literally feel the burn when I am fasting - it's fascinating! I wasn't sure I would be down again today but there it is! Sticking to the plan 100% makes the difference. I do not eat outside of the 8 hour window at all. In fact, it has become a six hour window because I start eating when I am hungry and that is usually about 1 pm. Well, off to start my day - be golden all!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey MOM: I have lost 4 lbs this week. FS calculation is wrong ... I don't know why it miscalculates the losses and gains and I contacted them to have it remedied but it didn't get fixed. If I was losing that ... I would be a twig by Summer - which is not my aim ... LOL! I am happy with the IF results though! One of the reasons I did it was because of the readings I've done that suggest IF may be the way to reset your body's burn rate. It seemed to make sense so I decided to try it. Dr. Fung, the person who wrote and presented on this piece, has a practice 10 minutes from where I live.

WOW! I heard of him last year in my rambling around different sites looking for info in IFing. Cool beans. I have made a corporate decision. If I don't get results this week (like I think I should) doing the FMD, I am just going back to Primal eating and trying the IF again. There! I said it out loud. Sometimes I feel like I am force feeding myself all the food that the FMD suggests. It might be the Burn that I did afterwards that made me feel this way. That was nuts. LMAO!

I think the way it works is it calculates how much you have lost from your previous weigh in to the last weigh in and says if you continue losing at that rate you will lose 7lbs a week. If you weigh in tomorrow and only lost .5 lbs your loss rate would be 3.5lb's a week.
