For twenty days I'm trying protein shakes, fruits, vegetables, and water. No soda. 25 minutes of exercise each night. Trying to pass on wine.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
