This is ridiculous! I need to eat next to nothing or i gain weight. Back to the original plan.
174.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup - you may be eating too many calories and too many carbs. Shoot for close to 1400 calories per day, perhaps, and have 30% carbs or less. Eat good proteins and healthy fats - drink water! You will get it! You have done pretty well.

Don't skip meals. Eat at least 3 meals with snacks in between. This helps keep your metabolism going. It seems like you are eating all day long, but you can do little meals and prepare them ahead of time to grab out of the fridge. I also purchase the fruit cups and applesauce and eat these as a snack.
