You always lose weight where there are less fat cells first, which is usually your face and neck, then you will notice your arms, etc. The tummy is going to take a lot of aerobic exercise to lose, such as walking, jogging, swimming, treadmill, etc. Also do some toning exercises to tighten the stomach muscles. Don't get discouraged!!!

Looking for buddies!
Swimming is great exercise and it doesn't put the stress on your body that running or walking does. Biking is good also...Keep up the good work.

Hey angel_face 19...
I have about 100 pounds to lose...My daughter has lost 100 lbs over the past year and has motivated me to do the same. She went to a weight doctor and took the diet pills and shots, but what I have really noticed is she is more disciplined about what she eats now. My problem is lack of exercise, so I purchased a treadmill. I am committed to walk atleast 30min/day on the treadmill. What are you doing for exercise?
