Just started a new diet and exercise regime, because I have put on a stone in the last year and need to lose it again.
My scales tell me that I have a fat % of 35%, which is also really bad, as I'd got down to 25% before.
My BMI is 25.4, so it's not too bad, but I'm aiming for a BMI of about 22.
Fat Secret helped me lose the weight before, so I've come back to use it again. :)
148.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
