Had a heartbreaking week, but at least my weight has been staying under 165, so I got that going for me.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel like I am in a funk... I was so excited last week and now this week I feel too lazy to move on my times off work. I saw your weight loss and have to say I am impressed... it gives me hope. I am older and my metabolism is so hard to move but I am hoping to get my motivation back. At least I am not eating ice cream or anything like that.
