I've hit my plataeu and am having a hard time losing weight, despite my good eating or not. I do need to rev up my gym workouts which will likely help me more. My motivation lately is just crap. I need a way around it.
Sometimes I wonder if too much emphasis is placed on weight loss. Aside from the obvious health reasons fat poses to people, I often wonder if too much emphasis is placed on being perfect. I find I am angry with myself alot because I did not follow my diet as much as I could have, but really, its almost impossible, we have to eat to stay alive. Its not that I think losing weight is a bad idea, I am losing it for my own reasons too, but I hate feeling like weight loss has consumed my life.
