Yesterday I checked my body fat and it looks like of the three pounds that I lost this last week, two of it appear to be lean body mass not fat. So I upped my caloric intake yesterday and today it appears that I gained almost two pounds. The macro-nutrient was 42% protein, 37% carbs and 21% fat. I know that that can not be lean body mass that fast. Hopefully it is just water weight.
230.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
