Today turned into a eat what's in the fridge that needs to be eaten before it goes bad. Ended up with macro-nutrient ratios of 23% protein, 37% carbs and 35% fat. I will probably end up paying for this tomorrow. Probably should have just thrown out the high fat food rather than eating it.
