I gained weight while not doing as much IF and meal planning. We also ate Panda Exress 2 nights ago, and I couldn't resist the chow main for steamed brocoli! 🤪
Now my husband is suggesting taking the ATV'S out to go for a ride and huckleberry picking. We usually eat out for dinner on days like these. I think I'll fast until then so I don't go over on my calories and enjoy the benefits while I'm not hungry.
