well okay so Im back? thinnking about doing the Daniel fast
242.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

how about becoming a fat free vegan? No starving....I fasted off and on for years..led to a hell of an eating disorder....just my experience.....why I like being a fat free vegan...lots of potatoes.....I like your pix...you look ticked off..my natural working mindset...good job on the 30!! clean/sober now 29 years and change...
