So we me and Kathy, started about 7 weeks ago last part of Jan to look at starting a work out and diet regime of "no refined white flour or sugar" and also working out (which consists of walking and stretching with minor weight resistance) on Feb 23, 2015. we are now a week into it. I lost 5lbs first week and Kathy lost 8lbs WOW. My starting wt was 281 now 276 and hers was 255 now 247. We are trying to do a "Lifestyle Change" and by that not only the type of food we eat but also Why we eat. We are trying no to have our meals become our Entertainment of the day or evening. Also we are not drinking any pop or alcohol at this time. Our duration of time is from Feb 23rd to May 15th. 80 days or twice as long as Lent. Our goals are to lose 50 lbs or more a piece. would bring my wt down to 230 and Kathy's just below 200. Wt's neither of us have seen in quite some time....lol.......WISH US LUCK...........btw its tough not drinking but not because of the alcohol just because life can be a bit dull.......but dull really means NO DRAMA and that's a GREAT THING.......and I am SOOO looking forward to FOOTBALL..........GO CARDS and LITTLE GIANTS......lol
276.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
