Actually losing weight after switching to my non-starchy/non-bread diet. It's coming along nicely, lost about 8lbs of flubber and it shows. I just need to work on my macros, still taking too little protein and too many carbs per day. I'll probably add a scoop of protein in my morning oatmeal, should balance things nicely!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
