Yeah!!!!!! Target weight achieved today. Two and a half years of disciplined eating and exercise. I will keep going on the same regime and see where I end up. I am not on a diet that I could just stop, I adopted a new lifestyle and so I will just carry on living the same way.

Well done, thats my atitude too.. I have lost 5.5 stone since august 3 stones to go. Exercise and healthy ish eating. Its not a diet, its a change of lifestyle. We can not go back to the way we lived before. Once again congratulations
