The last month I have been through a lot! Stress has gotten the best of me! Emotions took over, I have slacked on a lot. But today starts a new and renewed me! I refuse to give up and put back on the 20 lbs I lost nearly 5 years ago. So back on track....keeping up with weight and food and exercise for real. Today is a new beginning....I pray that even though I only desire or even need to get down about 5-10 lbs that I do it successfully and diligently. Praise God!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
